As we wandered through Pike Place Farmer's Market, we noticed this goofball being paraded around for everyone to admire.
As they walked by, I was so frustrated with myself that I didn't get a picture! I mean, it's not every day that a spectacle such as this passes by.
It was really bugging me but thankfully, a minute later, they passed by again so I asked the dog's human if I could snap a photo.
This picture puts a smile on my face every time I see it. Who wouldn't want to hang out with this colorful character?
