I’ve always found patterns in the sand mesmerizing. I suppose they represent a sense of order and predictability while at the same time being temporary. These beautiful untrodden places are typically found in the early hours of the morning before most people have arisen. Later in the day, these undisturbed areas are a bit more elusive.
Yet, as people retire for the evening, the wind and water get together to perform their artistry all over again leaving us with a new creation the following morning.
